This will be great for my lock...at 80. I don't really do much besides farm emblems lately though lol.

19 Warlocks don't spec into Imp. Shadow Bolt.

^^ that too so I can't see how this affects the 19 bracket. Most locks won't even stop and cast immo at this bracket. The glyph thingy gets a few procs, but speccing into a spell for glyph utility is just a poor choice.
