Warlock help

Hello all! I'm trying to make sure I use the right stats for my warlock. Idk about icy veins stat priority because I'm missing a lot of skills and pvp talents at this level. How do you maximize chaos bolt damage? Crit and mastery? Or should I go for pure 3+ intellect gems?
I would also like to know about afflic.

Honestly Id slap a shit ton of mastery as Destro cause the mastery seems strong. Reduces damage by % received and increases damage dealt by a %? Seems the route I'd go for secondary's. As far as gems +int gems would probably see how much 1 mastery increases % damage.

I know crit also increases chase bolt damage so I'm just confused with mastery in play. Also I heard haste is good for conflagration & soul stars generation in PVP.

Crit/haste do not scale as well as mastery does at low levels from what everyone has tested it seems. Vers seeming to be the worst scaling rate for 1pt : %
