WarcraftDevs account on twitter confirmed my worse nightmare

I don't know how to link the post but the "WarcraftDevs" account on twitter confirmed that the split brackets "bug" was intentional. so XPOFF players can no longer be in the same match as leveling players.

This means my favorite bracket here suddenly became a dead zone. Last night when we did not have official news I was personally in a queue for over two hours. I for one barely can take the 15 minute wait time we normally had so I will be signing off most likely for good.

It's been a blast, over the last three months I made four 59 level capped toons and had the best time playing, but it seems all things come to end.

yeah, it's true. it also confirms they knew there'd be backlash since they neglected mentioning this in the patch notes, and voila, there is your backlash in the Twitter replies. maybe if we get enough people complaining and talking about this, blizzard could reverse it. idk
