I know this is a pain to chain run BC or WotlK dungeons with randies and getting boosted or dual account yourself sounds the perfect plan. BUT, beeing boosted will put you into Legacy Loot Mode once you get in which allow you to loot anything from any class on each boss, which goes like much lesser chances to drop the one you're after. You can also tag in Specific dungeons so you run it till the boss you need then leave and requeue without the 30min deserter thing. Best way is to run it with mates as well 59 of the same class or that share loots (rogues-druids-monks for example).
That all said i dual account about 150runs i looted 1 chestpiece which is not the best one though and ran 15 specifics to get my Head+legs
