Been talking to a few people on Skype and Vent lately and thought this could be a great idea for the bracket. Hopefully this will seem appealing to others as well.
I believe this is something that this bracket needs. We have so many great players in the bracket that everyone talks about, some great twinks that nobody talks about and so many more twinks who strive to one day be great. Having one day each month like Veteran Mentor Day would allow the bracket to grow and become stronger and stronger. It may also look appealing to those who are trying to decide which bracket they would like to participate in.
One day each month we will have a Veteran Mentor Day. Up to you to participate or not. Each Vet who participates will have to find one twink who is struggling at their class and wants the help or someone who is new to the bracket. You must then mentor them for the day or however long you feel necessary to help them become a better twink.
How we can do this is people who would like a mentor can post their battletag/class/race. A mentor will see that and perhaps message you in the game. If you would like to do this more discretely, maybe you can ask someone who is in your guild or find a Vet on TI and send them a PM. If all Vets who would like to participate would just mention so below that would also be great as well.
I'll let the Vets decide on the day, then I will edit the post to show the chosen date. We could do something like the 15th or third sunday of each month type thing, which ever works.
*Side Note* (I will not be participating as a mentor even though I have been twinking at 19 since 05, I have taken way too much time off from this game that now I must build a completely new name. Having just recently started back up again, I really enjoy the 19 bracket still and 24s not so much tbh.)
