EU+US Vet banked XP

If I bank a lot of XP as an unsubbed vet, and then choose to resub my account, but I do not log into the Vet toon, will my character automatically level with XP on, or do I have have to actually log into that character?

Really, I am just wondering if I should transfer the vet to another account.

Also, do you have to turn off xp on the character before you sub/ log in on the character to eliminate the banked xp?

Pretty sure banked exp is only a thing for starter accounts.

Vets don't bank xp, only f2ps do
You can log in without worries
