using ghost iron dragonling trinket from 10s to 20s to 30s

the ghost iron dragonling crafted at lvl14, when you lvl up to say lvl23, do you need to create a new lvl23 ghost iron dragonling or you can still use the one you created at lvl14 ? the trinket doesnt have any stats and the 3 cogwheels stats increase as you lvl up, so whats the diff between a lvl14 and a lvl23 ? the little dragon that proc is more powerful in the case of a lvl23 ? or you can continue to use a lvl14 all the way till lvl30 ?

So yeah the cogwheels are stagnant. I believe you would have to craft a new trinket. Only difference being the amount of damage the dragon does.

There's a good chance the dragonling is going to be your lowest damage element of your PvP experience either way. I know people like to min-max but this may be a point you could let slide just this one time. I'd rather it came without, TBH.

I mean unless the thing has issues landing attacks because it's too low level? Not sure haw that works, sorry.
