Good question. These used to be known as the 2nd most rare item in the game, but I've seen them a lot frequently (whereas I never saw them way back in the day). In the last month I've bought 3 of them. It's a good ring but from what I understand it's only useful to certain specs of certain classes. I'd price it out at anywhere between 500-2000g with the info I do have about the item. I know it's broad and I admit I could be way off. But I do know that it'll still command a descent price for buyers that love to collect rare items.
