EU+US Upgradeable cloak or ring?

Is there any really good cloak or ring you guy can think of that would be worth rerolling for?

I'm considering making a balance druid before my gametime runs out, but as most pieces are already filled up (full fang set, boulder pads, engi helm and foamspittle staff) there aren't a lot of pieces left. So I wanted to make sure i went for BIS in those few pieces.

I mean if you really care, then belt/boots/wrist probably gives you the biggest upgrades. Rings and cloaks are kinda whatever.

Worn Defias Wrists and Yorgens boon is the pieces I would consider getting. No cloak worth it really.
