Unable to invite a friend to run Dungeons with

So me and @f13n1x were trying to invite each other to run some Plaguefall for the Ooze, and almost every time they get either the "Player not found" message or "Trial Accounts cannot invite etc.". While I always get "Player not found" every time I either friend request or invite them in-game. We tried almost everything, changing timelines, be in current time line and even ported in Org together. We both are in NA. Im in Kel'thuzad and theyre in Silver Hand. Im pure f2p and theyre a Vet. Are we missing something? I could run stuff with folk years ago, never had this trouble. Could this be related to the fact that my character is a remix toon? or what? Anyone has a fix to that?

Edit: (Actually we have also tried my old twink who isnt a remix toon, and that also did not work. So I dunno)
 
In order to do ooze you must be in shadowlands timeline to go into the content

The core problem is, we can't even invite one another let alone try Plaguefall.
Its always "Player not found" when inviting or adding as friend. Really confuses me as to how twinks even make pre-made groups as of now.
 
If you are both unsubbed you can’t, you have to have someone else group y’all.

Back when I premaded every day and night I had a second account. For invites, also if it’s cross faction you can also only do it through bnet.

I appreciate the help, I dunno how or where to hit you up as I seldom use Discord. Also 9pm est is 3AM here, jesus that's going to be tough to coordinate.
