twink lvl20 no bonus profession minning "Toughness"

I'm a lvl20 twink who leveled up the mining profession to 450 (CLASSIC 300 + BC 75 + LK 75) and so far I haven't gotten the 7 stamina bonus (passive "Toughness").
wow dragonflight.

Could someone explain what I need to do?

Profession bonuses were largely phased out several expansions ago. Some bits still remain in the form of profession recipes that were meant to be a personal bonus (e.g: the pandaria leatherworking leg enchants or the cataclysm shoulder enchants), but something as direct as a straight stat buff for knowing mining was taken out long ago.

Sadly many "Classic" WoW amenities do not carry over to "Retail" WoW...
I'd love for that proff bonus to be back and Herb to get its fun haste buff again!
