TW Dungeon loot tables

Been farming for Sandals of the West Wind from 2nd boss (Altairus) in Vortex Pinnacle for a lv11 Warlock....
Loot table says 3 items drop... Necklace, Cloak and boots
62 kills - 38 times an item has dropped
19 Necklaces, 19 Cloaks, ZERO boots!
The even split in the distribution suggests only 2 items will actually drop and the boots are not in his loot table.
I have opened a ticket and got boiler plate response to reset my UI, delete WTF and Cache, etc...
I have seen errors in other TW loot tables (like the DPS trinket in The Nexus).
Has anyone ever looted these boots?

Having the same issue farming for Crescent Moon from Echo of Tyrande in End Time for a lv11 Evoker....
57 kills total on 2 characters, ZERO drops.

Just trying to find out if anyone has looted either of these items

I saw Crescent Moon dropped once for other people, I remember it was blue and not purple.

Make sure you are in the correct class and spec for it to drop, wowhead are often inaccurate, refer he ingame dungeon guide

It seems the RNG is lower percentage on the Cataclysm Timewalking, some of my characters either got green items or the regular blues from the LFG bag but maybe a possible 1-2 ilvl 96 drops most of this week's TW dungeons.

The ilvl 96 items that did drop at least on my Strength based characters, had weak secondary stats compared to my Agility characters ilvl 96 drops.

In comparison during all the 20th Anniversary Classic Timewalking, I have yet to see the timeforged 'Runeblade of Baron Rivendare' drop but maybe once for a higher-level character in party.
