Any use for 20 F2P/Vet 20? Or just sell it?

For a mage no.
For plate users you can level draenor Blacksmithing to 40 and then make lvl 14 versions of the plate sets to unlock their appearances.
There might be some weapons you can make for appearances too, but I did not bother with those.
You can also do the same for LW and Tailoring.
