Transmogging Heirlooms.

We all know that you can transmog heirlooms with cool QUEST-ONLY Item. Right?
Has anyone ever thought about transmogging Avenger's Pauldrons - Item - World of Warcraft. It is from a quest, but it is class-specific. I haven't tried this myself, because I have a fucking DK, and they don't have class-specific gear.

The thread is out-dated, so I'm not sure if it would work.

If someone wants to know if it works, run AQ10, 25, 40, And collect scarabs. Takes about 10 minutes, and finish the quest.

Ah, okay. I'm not 100% sure how the transmog on heirloom works, but if anyone had anything but a DK that would run aq and confirm this, that would be cool

You need a quest item with no required level, as most quest items are. It is the lack of a level requirement that makes twinks 'able' to wear those mogs.

There's also the issue that hybrid BoA pieces like the ones Warriors and Hunters wear can't hold Plate(W)/Mail(H) grade skins because the armor reverts to the lower armor grade based on the character's level.

It has to be a quest item but it doesn't have to be the same level as your twink. I just use Mogit and find the ones that are a quest reward and do it on my level 85 rogue then go to the transmog and wear the BoA, my leather heriloom then transmog the head piece, keep the BoA equipped and open mailbox and drag it to the mailbox without putting it in your bags then log off and go log onto your twink and equip the BoA!

im 100% aware of this, but those quest items don't have required levels.
