EU+US Transmog of Non-Spec Armor Proficiency?

Hey! I was wondering if anyone knows how these hunters are able to mog the leather shoulders they are wearing to cosmetics variants?! Thanks

Equip mail shoulders, transmog to cosmetic, save the set, equip leather, open transmog, click apply, done.

 

[Complicacy]

Equip mail shoulders, transmog to cosmetic, save the set, equip leather, open transmog, click apply, done.

You don't need to do the save set step, can just equip the piece with transmog open.

You are limited to Cosmetic or Hidden appearances tho, everything else will revert.

I'm only managed to hidethe leather shoulders not
Change how they looked

insert main armor type sholders, click on them and then equip the other sholders

You can transmog them in Hidden and in Cosmetics
