Well the title says it all. With all the hotfixes to gear etc, is it still even worth trying to twink a level 19? With all the guys running about in full WoD Rare gear, idk, feels like it would be an uphill battle. 39's seem to me to be the best bracket personally, though 19s will always be near and dear to my heart.
