I never go on the PTR, but if sombody could check Tazik and the haste shit, ect, praying to god they increase the engineering requirement or something, but this looks retarded

I feel like every patch causes a panic to the 70 community making it worse and worse
 
This might mean tazik and synapse will get scaled down, or hyperspeed will get scaled up, but some of the tinkers you learn baseline might be as viable as tazik or synapse if they scale for every level, I dont think blizzard would make some better than others if they tuned them for every level
