Time walking for 20s

I was watching 20th anniversary event preview.
And it will be a whole patch that will bring changes.

Timewalking will be available from lvl 10

Old dungeons will be available original deadmines, dire maul, Zul Farrakand stratholme will be available at beginning and more will be added at future.

I'm confused, whats the difference with choosing chromie time and queue from there, aren't they the same loot for lvl20?

Based on PTR it's ilvl 63 for 20s and ilvl 41 for 10s
This might change tho
