Thinking of making an alt

So I have a BiS 19 rogue now and I want an alt I can fuck about on, what's easiest to get BiS without spending lots of gold?

Mage or lock maybe? Both is kinda cheap

Most classes are really easy to gear nowadays, usually the biggest cost is the gift enchants (assuming you have the heirlooms since before).

Everything except rogues really. SF and gloom cost and possibly some defias pieces
