If a ring has already proc'ed a socket, you can only put one more on it. No 3 soc-rings ( sadge )

Well the 4 old dungeons since you can't play tww dungeons as low levels. Mists doesnt have any rings, so only grim batol and siege of boralus would be possibilities, havent tested them myself yet. The necks might work too, but mostly pointless because you can triple socket DF necks.

DOn't know how we could get into Siege or Grim Batol, unless they pop up as TW runs while also being in the current season; & that might make the loot ineligible.

For Necrotic Wake I think you have to be in chromie time and you should be able to just queue for it. Or you can walk in just like normal as long as you have the flight paths unlocked. Not sure if you can still skip the shadowlands campaign on alts.
I forgot that this was the 20s forum when I mentioned Siege and Grim Batol, so for 20s its just NW rings like Orc said.
