I have been through all nerfs in the pre patch and decided i am going with https://www.wowhead.com/item-set=-628/crafted-dreadful-gladiators-raiment
for my rogues and druids.

Also I dont know if anyone knows or posted yet if you have a Dk get him to the lvl you want to twink at then you can get the DK starting blues from the DK vender it scales with lvl and is good for starting gear til you can find socketed gear.

Pretty sure the engineering goggles with cogwheel are more worth it, since cogwheel sockets give a lot of secondary
