Temp fix for stuttering after pre-patch

Had a weird stuttering after the pre-patch. Sometimes 1-2 seconds stutter/lag in town or battlegrounds, especially when panning. Using a Nvidia RTX 3070 and SSD only.

Also a separate issue I've never seen before. Had a weird bug where a new character's 3 of 4 bags disappeared overnight. Completely exiting WoW and re-loading didn't help. Had to equip a new bag, exit WoW, and re-login. Then the previous 3 bags reappeared and it put the new bag in the main backpack.
