Teebu's Scorching Straight Sword (BFA)

anyone know the best place to farm this, And what level should I farm it to get as close to level 20 as possible? (just 4fun)
And taking advantage of this, to farm the epic rings of BFA would you have to be at the same level to receive the sword?

Sameeds ring and other epic rings are from legion zones. You would farm them on a 20 to use on a 20

I believe they are ilv82. They can proc socket socket and/or tertiary stat as well

Not sure on weapons.
