Tech Issue: Razer Naga Chroma

Hi. After I recently reset my calibration to its default settings, I noticed my lift-off distance was too high for me. So whenever I lifted my mouse up to adjust my hand's positioning, it would be pretty sensitive and move the cursor as well from a slight distance.

I was trying to click and drag the lift-off distance setting in the menu, and it wouldn't allow me to adjust it. It was just stuck about 2-3/10 distance. Anyone have any ideas in which to fix this?

disable the surface calibration and see if that lets you mess with the slider.

This guy had a pretty simple guide on a previous issue I was having that came back after I re-installed synapse that was far worse than I was dealing with. But it seems as though I am able to adjust the lift-off distance after calibrating (which I had to choose a certain one). After adjusting it, it didn't really seem to help much at all, and it's still very sensitive when I adjust my mouse on the mouse pad..

after i reinstalled i was asked to put my calibration at one and it seemed to fix everything for me.
