Talbar Mantle @ 10?

    • Before the patch dropped, people said that the Talbar Mantle quest would be available at 10. I dont have any way to test this atm, does anyone know if its true?

    Cookies...I think we have a mission to complete. Should check it out later and see :p I'm get to the bottom of this, might be that just cause the gem SAYS level 15, doesn't mean it is? or maybe one of the parts is sharable? we'll see...
     
    No, the gem says 15 and means 15, I've tried to use the gem on a level 13 twink I made and it did not worth either (shes deleted lol)
     
    Hmm, poop - so the only other thing would be to share it (and i honestly don't see this working) but its still worth a try I suppose...unless they have changed the item in 3.2 and NOW it reqs. level 10 :/
