Tabard of the Explorer for lvl 19s

When I played a battlegroud today I noticed on the horde team a Shaman got Tabard of the Explorer (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43348) in lvl 19

Which I think its a really nice tabard!

I've seen a lvl15 mage with the title The Explorer, so it is definitely possible to get it in the 19's bracket. Though it's not exactly possible with any already-existing twink...you pretty much need to reroll and start exploring from lvl1.

how do you get it

You do the exact opposite to what all the nubs on pwndepot did, you dont start with durotar and then go from lower lvl areas to higher lvl areas, you start with northrend at lvl 1, only discover the spots you need and then discover the lower lvl areas.
