Stuffed nose...

I all was get a stuffed nose even when I'm not sick. I try using those strips, nothing. I use the spray, nothing. Wtf am I suppose to do?

You are most likely developing polyps. Does your family have a history of them? Try asking your parents.

Just go to the doctors, will most likely give you a steroid spray or get you seen by an ENT doctor. (Like they did with my father who had similar symptoms). :p
 
Could be recurring sinus pressure (I get stuffed up when I get it as well).

What flushes me out is a sauna. They REALLY help with my sinuses and help to alleviate all of the nasal pressure.
 
Way premature to diagnose polyps for having a regularly stuffy nose, though it's definitely a possibility. More likely it's allergies. You should look in to getting a neti pot and some non-iodized salt and baking soda and flushing your sinuses out once a day for a couple of weeks - see if that helps.
 
You're lucky it's just a stuffed nose. I had a stuffed nose to begin with, it literally kept me up all night. Not a single minute of sleep the first 2 nights. Sprays didn't do shit. I PvP'd all night long, drank 10 cups (STEINS) of tea, and at 7AM my nose decided to magically open when everyone in my house gets up for work/school. Fuck you nose.

That was 2 weeks ago. Now my left tonsil is in uber pain and my left ear won't stop ringing and causing me pain. Going to a doctor but I don't think I'll be sleeping much tonight, every time I swallow I feel like I'm being shot in the side of my throat. FML. I don't always get sick, but when I do, I want to kill myself.
 
God, the left side is stuffed and other isn't, few minutes later my right is stuffed my left one is clear.
