Stendel's Wedding Band

Gearing a Holy Pally, does anyone know if https://www.wowhead.com/item=68797/stendels-wedding-band#contained-in-item can proc epic or even scales with level?
I had a couple of these in Cata & MoP for a 19 but they remained the original level 11 version and still hold the 6Crit instead of the now 4crit.

*If anyone can confirm or deny or provide a screenshot if you have it would be helpful, I would assume that these can proc epic quality since they're a single source loot table, but always could be wrong.

I’d assume that these don’t scale or have the ability to proc epic.

Unless something changed drastically these do not scale. Also another thing to give it away is the fact that it doesen't have it in the wowhead item page either. 90% of all the items that's scaled/or gets scaled. Have some kind of item info of scaling on wowhead.

Not saying everything in wowhead is candid. But this info is more often true then false. So sadly i think your out of luck with this one.

Surely there's better rings anyway. like the Legion Boe's. Which scale to 25 crit for the max crit versions or up to 18/7 for the lower ones.
