yeah yeah i know you´ve had this one a milion times.

ive been playing the 49 bracket since late vanilla and allways loved it for many reasons.

Im really considering moving to the 19 bracket for many reasons, manly cuz of 4.0 talent changes and then ofc: the amount of players.



gonna play eu, horde/ally matters less but im really really not shure about this bcus 19twinking have allways been a "kids playground" in my eyes, its only TI that have changed this view after the xp bg change.



questions:



activity; is there alot of semi active twinks -like me. and if y what servers are you guys active on?



mannors; -oh yes i am really asking- is this srsly no longer the "kid playground" that it used to b? is there really ppl in this bracket worth spending the hours 2gether with?

(please dont take offence)



ballance; i know the balance is verry off in the 19 bracket atm but the question is are ppl really just playing lvl 19 so its easyer fotm'reroling (caring less about BiS)



if you feel like this is a troll post just flaming while hiding under the mask of politeness please just read the whole post over and take it srs -and if i have offended you guys it really just is bcus of my simple and stubborn view on the 19 bracket.

yeah, we can provide serious and fun players, but you have to remember, one person cannot guarantee for everybody.. i can't guarantee that everybody that plays this game is business minded and srs.. but i can give you a great environment and some fabulous gameplay, if you come to Aszune, and /w me on Chíll, or do a /who Queueing is the best bit :p we have some dedicated and mature players :p
 
19's are nearly unplayable right now, pick a different game.



The only people still really active in 19's are old dog's who are afraid to learn new tricks, or terrible fotm twinks that just sit and farm mid.



Endgame may not be balanced, but it's a lot better than 19's right now.

Most games you play in the 19 bracket will be full of paladins/hunters farming midfield.

I've only been playing pugs, but the people in them have still managed to play CTF, and not just mid-farm.



And it's not that unbalanced. There are a few classes you don't want to play right now, but the rest are close enough that it's not a major problem. Had a game with 5 paladins, a disc priest and a balance druid zerging, and we still managed to beat them thanks to working together and focussing the healers.



Don't roll a warrior, shaman or warlock and you should be OK for pugs. Warrior or warlock you can pull off if you have a pocket healer(s), and they both do a lot of damage, the first if it can survive long enough to get into combat, the second if it has others help keep melee off it.

At this point, I'm just playing around on it, thinking about picking up a fury set if I'm going to use a warrior at all. Post-shattering, they really disappoint. My paladin is more effective as an individual and team player, so I'd rather be working on something productive.



@ "19s are unplayable,"

There is the potential to get killed pretty quickly and it can get frustrating, especially with pugs that seem to be inept at crossing mid.
 
not everyone is a kid, there are some who give us 19s a bad name but dont think thats all of us :D

this is coming from a warrior point of view 19s are the most unbalanced thing that wow has ever seen, hunter w/ aim shot and druids w/ fishing poles criting over 1k, pally/priest heals are nothing but pure bullshit while druids and shammy heals suck, also hunter getting every move that they need to control WSG while classes like warriors dont get shit, o and mages rocking huge damage as arcane or getting like 5 freezes as frost, there are so many things wrong atm

kore has a really nice thread letting us know how he thinks 19s should be balanced, only wish blizz would read it >_>

ironic and funny, although maybe not you? but there was a NE rogue named "danceparty" that used to mostly sit and farm mid. was on pugs with him, was on pugs against him. yes i farm mid too



faction, race, and name changes are nice way to erase history, what you did, what your where, etc. etc. i believe danceparty used shadowmeld, got bugged and vanished from the world of warcraft.

Twinking at lvl 19 sometimes can be irritating to see some peeps farming mid only. But if your are geared, skilled and helping others with carying flag, and beying usefull in killing theirs youl see people will reconize you and youl have like a group wich you can realy relie on. I myself are quite new on my priest, but i didnt join the xp caped bg's before i got the gear. And after a while people started reconizing me. Now i have yust a nice group wich i join bg's with. And even some people transferring realm to join our guild ( Pikachu stole my Mojo).

So ye on 19's there will always be kids who will anoy the shit out of you, by joining with 600 hp mid farming only. But also there is the otherside of poeple where you can coöperate with, and pwn the shit out of a bg.

Id say gear up and come to chromaggus! :)
