The 11 agi helm from StV is an option for helm if you're agi stacking, same with cloaked shoulderpads of agility. The neck could also be replaced but I'd keep boa for the heal. You can also look at glowing lizard scale cloak over the parachute cloak since you don't have 12 agil enchant on it. You could also get more agi out of standard issue prisoner boots from stockades. As well as more agi out of gloom shroud armour for chest, if you can't get a hold of a gloom try armour of the fang instead.
And throw a shadowfang on mainland if you can get one and the AB dagger in offhand as its 1.7 speed, allowing you to get more constant crippling poison procs. And as far as raw damage goes double elemental force enchants will give you more damage.

yupp all of the above. just make sure its the lvl 18 version of scout's blade if you gonna use it because it scales better than the 28 version. and gloves of the fang scale to 10 agi so if you want you can replace brawlers with that, too (brawlers scale to 9 iirc?)

Which helm is that?
Thanks on the advice, will give it a try. Still learning on how the scaling is working on lower level gear

That's the horde version there, very short quest chain. Takes like 10 minutes to get.
(helm scales to 13agil)There is a thread on scaling in the 20-29 section. It's kinda incomplete but the comment section of that thread fills in most of the gaps.
