I'm thinking about making a new twink-–Shadow Priest. Any help would be much appreciated.

What faction do you recommend rolling (I'm thinking Horde)? What race and why? Also--is 19 or 29 a better spot for Shadow Priests in your mind?

I'll go with a belf! Also--do you think spriest is stronger/more enjoyable at 29 twink bracket than 19?
