By killing various mobs in Zangarmarsh as long as they give rep, then killing Marsh Dredgers and Marsh Lurkers in the cave south near the entrance to Terokkar to reach exalted.

6-12 hour grind with 1 90 assisting, obv depends on how fast/consistent they are at killing them.
