My other thread was getting way too long, so I think this would be a better place for people to find every Spell Power Coefficient they need.


First, I should clarify why I'm making this thread in the first place.

Q: Why did you make this list? There are already 30+ of these lists out there that you can easily Google.

A: Although this statement is true, all of these lists are catered to level 60s whose spells have very different coefficients from ours due to the difference in spell level and in some cases, cast time.


Note: All spells obtained before level 20 receive a Spell Power Coefficient Penalty. That is,

  1. If a spell was obtained at level X, where X < 20...
  2. Then the spell will benefit 3.75% * (20-X) less from Spell Power.

The List

In this list, I'll group these coefficients by class and also include every rank of each relevant spell.

I'll cover the classes in alphabetical order:

  • Druid
  • Hunter
  • Mage
  • Paladin
  • Priest
  • Shaman
  • Warlock.

Druid


  • Entangling Roots (Rank 1) = 0.033 per tick
  • Entangling Roots (Rank 2) = 0.056 per tick

  • Healing Touch (Rank 1) = 0.123
  • Healing Touch (Rank 2) = 0.314
  • Healing Touch (Rank 3) = 0.554

  • Moonfire Direct (Rank 1) = 0.06
  • Moonfire Direct (Rank 2) = 0.094
  • Moonfire Direct (Rank 3) = 0.128

  • Moonfire DoT (Rank 1) = 0.052 per tick
  • Moonfire DoT (Rank 2) = 0.081 per tick
  • Moonfire DoT (Rank 3) = 0.111 per tick

  • Regrowth Direct (Rank 1) = 0.2
  • Regrowth Direct (Rank 2) = 0.264

  • Regrowth HoT (Rank 1) = 0.05 per tick
  • Regrowth HoT (Rank 2) = 0.066 per tick

  • Rejuvenation (Rank 1) = 0.08 per tick
  • Rejuvenation (Rank 2) = 0.0125 per tick

I've only done some spot checks on priest, but so far what you've listed seems accurate so thanks again for pulling it all together! Stuff like this will help me decide what to do with all that + spell attack gear I've been collecting :)

Great info to have public. Possibly consider adding a "Best spell coefficients" section with comments, or a section comparing the ratios on the healing spells? My list matches yours, save the ones "not confirmed by wowhead". I have Holy light R1 at .288, R2 at .475 and R3 at .553. My math could be wrong though.

As for the Holy Light coefficients, here is how I calculated those by hand:

Rank 1: (2.5/3.5)(1-(0.0375*19)) = 0.205357
  • 2.5 second cast time,
  • obtained 19 levels below level 20 gives a 3.75% * 19 penalty
Rank 2: (2.5/3.5)(1-(0.0375*14)) = 0.339285

  • 2.5 second cast time
  • obtained 14 levels below level 20 gives a 3.75% * 14 penalty
Rank 3: (2.5/3.5)(1-(0.0375*6)) = 0.55357

  • 2.5 second cast time
  • obtained 4 levels below level 20 gives a 3.75% * 4 penalty

My math could definitely be wrong here. As far as I know, this is how single-target, non-hybrid heals' coefficients are calculated.

Let me know if you see any errors!

So you have this listed here for Renew. Is this including the Improved Renew 3/3 talent? Because I'm getting almost this exact number WITH the talent, which means either a) the talent only affects the base heal or b) your number includes the talent.

EDIT: It only affects base.

It does but it's still +0.33 HP/s per talent point (+1 HP per tick per point).
