Some questions about US/EU server twink.

1. There were bugs allow players join normal BG with exp locked, were US/EU GM punished this?
2. CTM gear in 75-79 or MOP gear in 80-84 used to be crazy. Were some US/EU twink play these BG at that time? When we don't know how to avoid exp, play Warsong BG and quit when your side will gain flag is a good choice.
3. If I don't buy WLK and have a max level of 70, may I join 70-79 normal BG?
4. Even in CN server 90-99 is popular because avoid exp is unnecessary. To my surprise, only few of you discuss 90-99, why? Are 6/6 705weapon/715armor expensive in US/EU server?

3. When you buy game, you get Vanilla, TBC, WLK, CATA, MOP, all in one, so max level 90. I know that was a thing before, but that was also before XP lock.
4. Other lower brackets are just more popular due to traditional twinking, many only played 70, 80, 85 for easy rating.
