Hey guys, havent played WoW in a while and just making a return, was just wondering what server/battlegroups 19 twinks play on, or if that is even a thing anymore. I am currently on Warsong.

Also, is there any possibility Bliz would roll back a level on one of my twinks if it wasleveled to 20?

Hey, I know dreanor and al'akir are populated with lvl 19 twinks both Horde and Alliance. Im not sure if you can get rollback from lvl 20 -19 tho

I would reccomend you to go to Draenor (the most populated twink server in EU) or if you're horde only Al'Akir, you should check out some of the guild recruitmend threads in the 19 bracket section

Battlegroups have been merged, so you will be able to play with everyone from every server. This has of course made queue times a lot faster, tho atm here at christmas time queues ain't popping that regularly.

About the character deleveling it kinda depends on how it happened. There was a thread about a guy who transferred a character from one account to another, and his exp suddenly turned on and he dinged. He got deleveled by a GM.
But I would say you would have to be really lucky with finding a nice GM
