And if you don't use LFG, u wont get the random gear and the extra exp at the end of the dungeon

Basically you just screw most of the ninjas / noobs that arent usefull cuz twinks can solo dungeons these days.

For the most part, at least for the time being, lowbies don't need gear from instances. Sure their are a few exceptions. But even if you missed out on the Invasion event gear comes from doing BGs and from Quests. Or they are heirlooms.
