Socketed Shield in TWW

I remember in SL, shield from BFA dungeons can proc a socket , like this one:

Does it still proc now in TWW? And if it does, is it available to drops in classic dungeons like Dire Maul, too? In particular, this one

No, only Helm, Neck, Wrist, Waist, Fingers can proc socket from dungeons these days.
