So, why did I roll Horde again?

I rolled Horde because the AP community seems more connected, lower BG queue times, etc. I've been queueing random dungeons as healer and can't even get an estimated queue time, let alone a pop. I'll queue, wait 5+ minutes, drop and requeue, only to get nothing. Keep in mind, this is during prime playing hours, not some absurd hour of the night/morning. What gives? Is this normal?

no matter what server your on you'll get fuzzy dungeon queues, sometimes as a healer you'll get almost instant q's and sometimes you'll have to wait. Server choice is irrelevant in this matter

Ask in chat for a tank to queue with. Either way, you don't drop queue or you'll lose your spot. Wait it out and grind up other gear (professions).

Sucks for you bro I was getting 2 minute solo DPS pops last night /flex

Wait, you were dropping your queue every five minutes and wonder why it never popped?

Happened to me last night. First Queue waited 40 minutes, left and next one popped around 20 minutes. I knew i should of rolled a tank first :/

Dungeon queues are fickle at best. And it is completely unreliable to determine which class role will get faster dungeon pops. When I queued as a tank, sometimes I got in immediately, sometimes I was waiting quite a while on a healer. When I queued as a healer, once again I sometimes got in right away and sometimes it took a while to get a tank. The only real consistent one is damage: damage usually has fairly lengthy wait times. Although, gearing my feral druid, I was getting almost instant queues as damage for BFD & the Stockades.

Bottom line is: you never can tell how long it's going to take to get in a dungeon.

When someone fails to join queue I think you are moved back to top of the queue so wait time is considerably shorter.
