So when did Leg Enchants stop working?

So I know in the PTR they arnt going to work anymore. But I tryed to put a leg enchant on some leggings and they became bound. Makes me sad

Your useing the Wolk leg enchant u shoude find someone who can make the Tbc one

Edit: used BC leg enchant

That is impossible. On live, they do not yet make it soulbound. You must have equipped the leggings accidentally or used the wrong leg armor, because they are not planned to bind at all, they are only planned to have a level requirement to get the stat effects.
