Slither-Scale/Fang Gloves

With the new scaling system, how do I farm these for my 19? Wont they be scaled to a higher level (60?), if i just run WC on my main?
 
Get some lvl 19 twink friends and farm just the druids of the fang , than exit and reset. Everyone has a chance to get either fang or slither gloves . last time i farmed it took me about 15 runs with 3 lvl 19s to get both gloves to give you an idea. runs take about 10 mins hope this helps.
