EU+US Silvermoon Tunic

Can Silvermoon Tunic of the Quickblade drop as ilvl 31 with 10 armor, 8 agi, 13 stam, 3 crit and 9 vers (or better) and would that make it BiS? It’s a nightmare to farm though, 1 stealthed rare on a 1h respawn, 3+ spawn points where she patrols around etc. Also 3 different items on the loot table, have to roll the right suffix, with the right stat weight and then 2% chance to upgrade to epic. Damn...

i have 7crit 4 vs on my lock

It goes for every secondary stat (versa, crit and haste). They can all be 7 and then the 2nd stat will be 4.

farmed her for 5 straight days logging on in between the god dam murloc farms

I went insane, have a 4v/7c on lock and 7v/4h on rogue. 2 days straight out there between two accounts.

I use the time in Bloodmyst to farm the crystal that you can exchange for the items that increase stamina/intelect/atk. power, back at the village.
