The Culling of Stratholme while on LW is my best guess, probably the easiest way too. Tho I'm not sure its worth the time, 84 ring with a socket is much faster to get.

I would agree that LW culling of Strat is the best shot to get one of these on a 20 these days

It's really not worth it, but I'm very interested in some of these unique items
