I'm trying to find an updated guide on doing the blood infusion. Is this even still possible as an 80? Also, frost infusion.. is it also possible to withstand Sindys blast?
Had this quest on my 80 war since wrath and I'm considering doing it before shadlands

I don't see why it wouldn't be unable to do as lvl 80. Just read up on each quest and go for it before the level squish.

What helpful posts... @Rubicante currently I know of people getting shadowmourne as recently as this patch. I myself am not proficient in it, nor very knowledgeable but a few other members are here. @Firemaniac @Baelo

Yes, blood infusion is still doable with 3 characters (yourself, a 120 healer with a brez, and a warlock/shaman that can rez itself). You are better off in a tank spec and gemming it with full stamina, as some of the abilities do hurt but it is most certainly possible. I have done it on 10+ toons in the past few months.

Frost infusion is quite easy, you are easily able to live through the frost breaths as long as you do not maintain boss aggro.
