EU+US Set bonuses that work?

I keep seeing random comments around about some set bonuses actually working in iPvP. Is there a good list somewhere of set bonuses/procs that work? Seems like that would be a big deal for the 59+ brackets. And would you need to be 69 like for buffs?

I think the only ones that work are dungeon 0 and 0.5 sets, and ZG sets for 59s and 60s and old scholo sets for 49s. All of which have been removed. And yes, dungeon 0 and 0.5 is quite OP for 59s. Tanks benefit huge from 2 piece set of 200 armor. And other noteworthy ones too.
