There isn't a server like BH in classic (thank goodness)...it doesn't matter because everyone queues into everyone.
If you want guild options check out the guild list, and I strongly suggest picking a high pop server so items are on the AH etc. I have a horde on a much higher pop server than my ally and it's a huge difference. Also you can server transfer now so always have the option to move later.
