Do you have a 2 seater passenger vehicle you could use as well? Might help the offer seem more enticing for those folks who can't get around the sixty zones w/o getting, say, supercrushedtodeathconstantly.

if you dont learn azeroth flying training, you cant use flying mounts on grounds either, i belive

Not any other flying mount except the X-53 Touring rocket. You can use it in Azeroth (I am able to do that in live atm.), but the mount won't fly so it basically acts like 100% ground mount with passenger seat.

i made a little search and seem you are right:

As of Patch 4.0.1 the rocket can now be rode as a ground mount in no fly zones at 100% ground speed
