Second best Twink profession? (Arms Warrior)

Decided to finally delve into twinking as a break from BfA. Engineering is the obvious first choice, but my secondary has me questioning. Herbalism gives the great Lifeblood ability, but Mining has the Toughness passive. Then you have Alchemy for helping general flask usage, I’m stuck. Any thoughts? As a side note, I’m on US-Stormrage Alliance if there’s any recruiting guilds!

Options are

Alchemy- Unlimited main stat flask
Ease of making pots when needed and not having to switch character to make them.

JC- Healing stone
Could also fill bank with them, drop then get Alch

Haven't been back since for BfA and haven't picked up any of those profs, woops
