Blood Elf
- Arcane Torrent, restores 15 energy and silences nearby enemies, giving you a second interrupt, and another way to get players out of Stealth. A second silence is huge considering how a heal can restore a fc hp back to 100%.
- Arcane Resistance, 19 Arcane Resistance which gives them a 27.54% chance to resist Polymorph while receiving less damage from Mages.

- Inresed Haste, this is 1% incresed haste, this allows more quicker attacks.

-Every Man for Himself, a 2 min trinket which enables you to trinket more often and also allows for a second agm
-Mace Specialization, decreases chance to be dodged or parried by .75 percent while wearing maces.
-Sword Specialization, decreases chance to be dodged or parried by .75 percent while wearing swords.
^^^^ not important since the gear you will be using dose not consist of maces or swords

-Quickness, reduces chance to be hit by melee by 2%, amazing for people who dont go over hit cap because they will often miss you
-Nature Resistance, 19 nature resistance which reduces damage taken from druids and an incresed resistance to entangling roots.

Sub is the normal choice because without Shadowstep you are esialy kited the recomended talents are 2 points in Night Stalker and 2 points in Improved Ambush

3.Professions
225 Herbalism, 225 Skinning are the best professions to get for a rogue.
-Lifeblood, a small heal and 55 haste this is mostly used for the haste allowing you to get in more attacks but also can be used to save you 1v1
-Master of Anatomy, gives 9 crit which is huge considering your 3 levels below everyone

5. Why 16 over 19?
There are a few reasons why i chose 16 over 19 well one is the crit at 16 your base crit is insane, also you gain incresed dodge then you would get at 19 making your opponents attacks less likely to land, and my final reason is because its fun to have a change from all the same 19 rogues
