Russian premades on EU

I play on Horde on EU Aggramar. Most of the time I'm doing pve stuff, but sometimes I play some random bgs. The last weeks every bg I join it's against the same russian premade alli grp.
I never see any alliance from other countries? I don't play much games, mostly arround 7pm.
Am I on a bad server for pvp?

from what I understand, BGs are regional at this point so it doesn't really matter what server you're on.

Group up yourself and give them a good game. Most of the time it's not premade. They have a smaller pool of players so you see the same names regularly.
