I am in an Asian time slot, does Ruin have WSG and arenas going 24/7? I am concidering a transfer and I am trying to decide if it is worth it or if I will just get more of the same actionless crap due to my time zone.
It would be tough on my main char as well as there are no Oceanic servers on Ruin.
